Full Stack Developer Part Time with Contract and Equity Options (Mitgründer-Position)

We are seeking a talented and highly autonomous developer to help take our early-stage prototype and turn it into a polished, fully functional application. You will own major technical decisions, shape the architecture, and play a key role in guiding the product from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead development from prototype to a stable, scalable, production-ready application.
• Make informed architectural and technical decisions with a high degree of independence.
• Integrate and optimize API workflows, external data sources, and LLM-driven features.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on product direction, features, and release strategy.
• Build clean, maintainable, well-documented code and processes.
• Contribute to long-term planning for technical infrastructure, performance, and usability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, LLM integrations, and related tooling.
• Ability to take loose requirements and turn them into functional, efficient solutions.
• Startup or rapid-build environment experience preferred (but not required).
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to iterate quickly.
