AI-generated fraud, deepfakes, and bait-and-switch scams are eroding trust in digital media at scale. P2P marketplace platforms like Marktplaats and Vinted face daily abuse from fraudulent listings using AI-generated or stolen images. Journalists and insurers cannot easily verify whether visual media is authentic. Existing solutions are either platform-locked, technically fragile, not accessible enough, or invisible to the end user.

CleenVerify binds verification cryptographically to the hardware at the moment of capture. It generates a shareable verification link that survives platform transfers and can be checked by anyone. Unlike software-only solutions, hardware-binding cannot be spoofed. The result is a consumer-friendly, platform-agnostic trust layer that works for P2P commerce, journalism, and insurance without requiring platform integration to function.
